Carolina Benefits Partners held its first in-person Board of Directors meeting on May 19th in North Carolina. This board meeting was graciously hosted by Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC in their training facility. There was a total of 26 people that attended, out of this there were 13 members. Jae McGuirt, President of CBP, opened the meeting by welcoming all and discussed a variety of topics. Of these topics, they included a featured speaker, financials, governance, risk management, and further program development. Following the meeting, lunch was served among the attendees that allowed them time for networking. This networking gave the members time to become more familiar with their peers and they look forward to meeting again in October.
